As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, Reality Poker makes every effort to ensure that your Cash Out request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is an advanced feature used to avoid frauds.
Note: All Cash outs are first processed back to the method(s) that you used to make deposits, in the same amounts as your original purchases and in the order of the deposits made by you, beginning from the oldest deposit to the latest one. Allow 48 hours from your last deposit before requesting to cash out. However, it is no longer possible to credit cashouts back to MasterCards due to a change in its policy.
In special cases, additional information is required for a cashout to be processed like how conversion from USD to local currency takes place. RealityPoker uses Reuters exchange rates to convert players' funds from USD to local currency.
RealityPoker does not charge a conversion fee!
The following are the methods used:
1. NETeller
If you have deposited money into your Reality Poker account using NETeller, you can select this payout method. RealityPoker will first convert your deposited amount(if made in another currency other than USD) into your NETeller account currency, before sending it back to NETeller.
2. ePassporte:
If you have used ePassporte to purchase, your cash outs will then be processed back to ePassporte up to the amount purchased, again from the amount of your oldest ePassporte deposit to the amount of your most recent deposit. www.epassporte.com
3. eChecks:
Similarly if you have used eChecks to purchase, your cash outs will then be processed back to eChecks up to the amount purchased, again from the amount of your oldest eCheck deposit to the amount of your most recent deposit.
4. Switch, Maestro, Solo, and VISA:
IMPORTANT:CFT eligible VISA cards only, not all deposits qualify.Cashouts back to VISA cards will be limited to cards eligible for Credit Fund Transfer (CFT). Most VISA cards issued by European and Canadian banks are CFT eligible. VISA cards issued by US banks are not eligible at the present time.
Any deposits made using a CFT Eligible VISA that were processed through the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) must be credited back to that VISA up to the amount purchased in agreement with RBS' regulations. Cashouts are not automatically received for deposits made using a CFT Eligible VISA, that were not processed through RBS.
When you make a cashout request, RealityPoker first cross-reference your request with any Switch, Maestro, Solo and CFT VISA deposits that you made. Then, cash outs are automatically credited back to Switch, Maestro, Solo and CFT Eligible VISA accounts up to the amount purchased, from the oldest deposit made with any of these methods to the newest. Credits back to CFT Eligible VISA will converted by Reality Poker from USD into the currency of original deposits.
To Make a Cashout Request
First, login to your RealityPoker account and click on the 'Cashier' option.The select the 'Cash Out' button. Enter the amount you want to cash out and Select 'Submit'.
The screen that follows this step would display an estimation of how your funds will be disbursed. RealityPoker takes no guarantee of this estimation as any temporary connectivity problems with outside processors or any issues pertaining to accounts outside of RealityPoker are not taken into account. You are advised to read the information provided to you before completing your cashout request. Cancel your request to cashout incase the card or account designated to receive your cashout got cancelled or expired. And, send an email to us at:

Time taken for cashouts to be processed and appear on you account using the following methods:
-On NETeller and ePassporte, they appear in your account within a few minutes.
-Cashouts on NETeller and ePassporte that are above the total amount deposited, are processed within 72 hours.
-With eChecks, they appear on your bank statement within a couple of days.
-Cashouts to eChecks that are above the total amount deposited are processed within 72 hours and appear on your bank statement within a couple of days after that.
-Using CFT eligible VISA, Switch, Maestro and Solo cards,it takes 3-10 days for cashout amounts to appear on your statement.
-Cashouts, processed to CFT eligible VISA, Switch, Maestro and Solo cards that are above the total amount deposited, are sent for processing within 72 hours. It takes 3-10 days after your cashout is processed, for the funds to appear on your statement.
-Checks under 1,000 USD or the equivalent of 1,000 USD is delivered by regular mail, and should arrive within 15 business days. Checks over $1,000 USD or the equivalent of 1,000 USD are delivered by courier and should arrive within 7 business days.
An email notification from RealityPoker is sent to you confirming each transaction made within your RealityPoker account. Always refer to your confirmation email after you make a cashout to confirm how your funds were processed.
