About eChecks:
An e-check(electronic check) combines security with speed. It efficiently processes all electronic transactions in the same way as they are made in the case of paper checks.
Once you deposit an amount using an eCheck, a request for the same amount is sent to the bank, just like it's done with paper check. The funds are transferred from your bank account to RealityPoker after the check is cleared.
There's no wait for an eCheck to clear for you to receive your funds at RealityPoker. Funds deposited via eCheck are immediately available in your RealityPoker account.
Is eChecks secure?
eChecks are very secure payments instrument or transaction. eChecks are designed to utilize state of the art security techniques which include ID verification, 128-bit SSL encrypted communications and industry standard data encryption of your personal information.
eChecks enhance banking practices with added security so that even breaking the cryptographic protections would not necessarily allow a fraudulent transaction to be paid.
To make purchases at RealityPoker using eChecks:
The eCheck deposit option is fully integrated into the RealityPoker Cashier screen.
• To make a deposit using an eCheck, login to your RealityPoker account and visit the Cashier.
• Choose the 'Buy Chips' option and select the 'Instant eChecks' button. Then follow the instructions that appear on the screen to complete your deposit.
• Enter the amount of deposit in your local currency, which will be automatically converted to US$ equivalent using the current exchange rate. You will need to have a personal check with you to complete the deposit as you'll need to type in the numbers along the bottom of your check.
• Click the 'Submit' button once you've filled in the information requested, to process your deposit. By clicking on 'Submit', you agree to the Terms and Conditions for using eChecks. Your eCheck is then deposited via our processor RealityPoker Payments. Your deposit will be identified on your bank statement as "RealityPokerpayments.com" once your eCheck has cleared.
• It is recommended that all players print all transaction data, rules, etc. for future reference.
Deposit limits for eChecks
There are two sets of deposit limits associated with eChecks. The first set of deposit limits are imposed by RealityPoker. These are the deposit limits shown in the “Cashier” option at the bottom of the screen when you click on “Buy Chips” and you choose 'eChecks'. If you would like to receive an increase in your RealityPoker deposit limits, please email us at support@realitypoker.com .
The current RealityPoker starting deposit limits for eChecks are:
- US $25 - minimum purchase
- US $500 - maximum amount to purchase within 24 hours
- US $500 - maximum amount to purchase within 7 days
- US $2,000 - maximum amount to purchase within 30 days
The second set of deposit limits are imposed by RealityPoker payments which processes eCheck transactions. This second set is made up of phases. Your phase level is automatically increased the more you use eChecks. Every eCheck deposit you request that clears successfully from your bank account moves you closer to the next phase level.
If an eCheck does not clear your bank account due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), this will negatively impact your account's good standing at RealityPoker as well as your deposit limits using eChecks.

Stage 1 - Players are limited to no more than $500 in deposits every 7 days. The maximum amount per deposit is $500.

-process a total of $501 or more in non-NSF eChecks
Stage 2 - Players are limited to no more than $1500 in deposits every 7 days. The maximum amount per deposit is $500.
Players must meet the following requirements to advance to process at least 6 non-NSF eChecks
-process a total of $1500 or more in non-NSF eChecks
Stage 3 - Players are limited to no more than $5,000 in deposits every 7 days. The maximum amount per deposit is $1000.
Players must meet the following requirements to advance to

-process a total of $5,000 or more in non-NSF eChecks
Stage 4 - Players are limited to no more than $10,000 in deposits every 7 days. The maximum amount per deposit is $1,000.
What happens when I request for cashouts?
You may use eChecks to receive funds credited directly to your bank account once we have already credited the total amount of your previous purchases back to the respective methods used to deposit. For details on how cashouts are processed, please visit Real Money Poker at RealityPoker
Fees charged for using eChecks at RealityPoker:
RealityPoker charges no fees for using eChecks as long as your eChecks clear when they're deposited. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their banks as well as fees incurred for eChecks that don't clear due to non-sufficient funds.
