About ELV:
The ELV (Elektronisches Lastschriftverfahren) allows you to transfer funds immediately from your bank account to your RealityPoker account, once your bank account is verified. Your bank account will be debited in € EUR.
To make purchases at RealityPoker using ELV:
The ELV Direct Debit deposit option is fully integrated into the RealityPoker Cashier, once your bank account is verified.
To verify your bank account, please login to your RealityPoker account and click on the "Cashier", Select the "Buy Chips" option and then click on the "ELV" button. On doing so, you will be asked to provide your banking details as they appear on your debit card statement. This will allow us to verify your bank account by making 2 micro deposits to it. It may take up to 3 days for micro deposits to be credited to your account. Once micro deposits are successfully made, you will receive an email asking you to check their amounts via your bank. Please return to Cashier after that and choose "Buy Chips", "ELV" option. You will then be presented with an ELV verification screen. Please enter the amounts of each of the micro deposits in the respective fields and press "Submit".
To make a deposit using an ELV Direct Debit, once you bank account is verified, login to your RealityPoker account and click on the "Cashier". Choose the "Buy Chips" option and click on the "ELV" button. You will then be presented with an authorization screen. Please check mark "I authorize RealityPoker to charge my bank account for the services as described above" and click "Continue". You will then be presented with a deposit screen, where you can enter the amount of deposit in € EUR. The equivalent $ US amount will be automatically displayed. Click 'Submit' to process the deposit. The $US amount equivalent to your € EUR deposit will be immediately credited to your RealityPoker account.
Currently the deposit limits are:
• US $10 - minimum purchase
• US $250 - maximum amount to purchase within 24 hours and 7 Days
• US $1,000 - maximum amount to purchase within 30 days
How does the exchange rate conversion work?
RealityPoker uses Reuters exchange rates to convert ELV deposits from € EUR to USD.
What happens when I request for cashouts?
Cashout cannot be done directly to bank accounts via ELV. Please see Cashout Your Poker Winnings for details and a large selection of alternatives.
Fees charged for using ELV at RealityPoker:
RealityPoker charges no fees if you use ELV, as long as your ELV deposits are accepted by your bank. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their banks as well as fees incurred for debits that are declined due to insufficient funds (NSF) or other reasons.
Is ELV available in my country?
