To make purchases at RealityPoker using Solo / Maestro / Switch debit cards
Solo, Maestro and Switch debit card purchases are fully integrated via the RealityPoker cashier screen. When you click on "Cashier" and then on "Buy Chips", an option to use Solo, Maestro and Switch will appear. Select the button depicting logos of these debit cards and enter your deposit amount in GBP. It automatically gets converted to US equivalent using the current exchange rate.
Currently the purchase limits are:
• US $10 - minimum purchase
• US $600 - maximum amount to purchase within 24 hours
• US $1,500 - maximum amount to purchase within 7 days
• US $2,000 - maximum amount to purchase within 30 days
When you click on "Submit", your request is submitted to your bank servers via one of our processors and you receive confirmation in about a minute's time. Purchase transactions are identified on your bank statement as RealityPoker. All Solo, Maestro and Switch debit card transactions are processed through our E-Cash subsidiary, Rational Entertainment Enterprises LTD, Douglas Bay Complex, King Edward Road, IM3 1DZ Onchan, Isle of Man.

What happens when I request for cashouts?
Any amounts previously deposited by you using Solo, Maestro or Switch debit cards automatically get credited back to the respective card when you request a cashout. Credits will be processed in the order that you made your deposit requests, from the oldest deposit to the most recent.
